Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy Kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the Kingdom, and the power, and the glory,
Of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, +
Now and ever and unto ages of ages. Amen.
It is fitting that the first prayer added to this site be the prayer Christ himself upheld as an example of the best way to pray. Church Tradition holds that it is spiritually beneficial to pray this prayer at least thrice per day.
